A big thank you to everyone who purchased something from the Doniphan West Elementary Scholastic Book Fair. The book fair generated $2,363.55 in Scholastic Dollars, which Mrs. Miner used to buy new books for the library. The students are excited to see these new books in circulation.

Our 5th graders had an unforgettable day of history and adventure. The trip started with an amazing visit to the Steamboat Arabia Museum, where they learned about the fascinating story of a steamboat that sank in the Missouri River over 150 years ago! They explored incredible artifacts and got a glimpse into life from the past. After that, they made their way to Union Station, taking in its stunning architecture and learning about its rich history. The highlight? Walking across the “sky bridges” (as they called them) and soaking in the adventure! It was a day packed with fun, learning, and memories that will last a lifetime!
