USD 111 Non-Academic Test, Questionnaire, Survey, or Examination (NTQSE) Information for Parents
Doniphan West Schools administers a test called mySAEBRS, three times per year, through a company called FastBridge. Results from mySAEBRS help Doniphan West staff better understand students’ social, academic & behavioral health needs. This test is given to all students, grades 2-12 and takes about 10 minutes to complete. Per Kansas House Bill 2567, starting July 1, 2022, parents/guardians must opt-in to have their student participate in any NTQSEs offered by school districts, which includes the mySAEBRS test. Parents should view the electronic permission slip below for more information, including the questions students are asked, scoring guidelines, and how the data is used to help students be successful.
Parent/Guardian Permission Slip
(All parents/guardians of students in grades 2-12 need to select a “yes” or “no” option within the form and submit it by Monday, September 5, 2022.)

Within the next two months, another permission slip will be sent to parents to provide information about the Kansas Communities that Care Survey, which is another NTQSE Doniphan West administers each year to the 6th, 8th, 10th, and 12th grade students.
