The Doniphan West FFA Chapter is opening up sales of the Chapter Sweatshirt to the public!
There are two options: a crewneck and a hoodie. The sweatshirts will be Heather Blue. There will be nothing printed on the back.
Please fill out the above order form and submit payments via cash or check to the FFA. Orders can also be emailed to Mrs. Adame at hadame@usd111.org. Orders are due by Wednesday, Dec. 14th.
