The Doniphan West High School Volleyball Team has been recognized as a recipient of the 2024-2025 Kansas Volleyball Association Team Academic Award.
This award is granted to those varsity volleyball teams with an average GPA of 3.3 or higher.
They are considered to exhibit excellence in the classroom during the volleyball season.
We also have some players who earned an individual award from the Kansas Volleyball Association.
KVA All-Academic First Team
(must be a varsity player that maintained a 4.0 during their fall semester)
Receiving this award are Senior Katie Johnson and Sophomores Andi Foster and Kayte Falk.
KVA All-Academic Honorable Mention
(must be a varsity player who maintained a 3.75 to 3.99 GPA during their fall semester)
Receiving this award are Seniors H’Leigha Idol, Brooklyn Rawles, and Brennah Edie, Juniors Kya Keller, Belle Smith, Brooklyn Denton, and Emmyjo Whetstine, and sophomore Courtney Johnson.
