Doniphan West seniors have taken a big step towards graduation by completing their Senior Project final presentations.

On Friday, April 26, each senior presented to a panel of three judges, with the expectation of speaking about their topic and the learning process for 20 minutes. For this graduation requirement, the seniors spend a majority of the school year learning about the selected topic and then demonstrating that knowledge, as well as a variety of life skills.

This year’s seniors and their topics are as follows: Tucker Holzhey; Radiology, Norman Miller, IT Technician; Houston Idol, Diesel Mechanics; Jacob Libel, Pararescueman; Andrew Shannon, House Construction; Isaiah Windmeyer, Machining & Fabrication; Kaden Robinson, Labor & Delivery Nurse; Bianca Randall, Pointe vs. Contemporary Ballet; and Austin Owen, Pipeline Welding.

Dear Community Members:

We would like to invite you to attend and celebrate the academic achievements of the Doniphan West High School seniors at the Senior Project presentations on Friday, April 27, 2018.   These presentations will allow the seniors to show the work they have done on Senior Project all year. Typically, this day is a very powerful learning experience for the students.

If you have any questions about the day, please feel free to call us.  We hope you can attend if you are interested in any of the topics.

We will start the speeches on the hour and must insist that no one enters a room after the speeches begin, so please be on time.  The schedule for each senior and his/her topics is listed below:
